Pitch Xomba A Story

Calling all aspiring fiction writers: Xomba.com, the online community for writers and readers, announced today a contest called “Pitch Xomba A Story.” Contestants, including aspiring novelists, submit a fictional book synopsis between 300 and 1500 words that they would like to pitch to a publisher. The first prize winner will receive a 30-minute phone conversation with Steve Alten, the New York Times bestselling author of Meg and Hell’s Aquarium, among other notable titles.
Second place will win $200, third place will win $100, and fourth place will win a Xomba T-shirt. The winners of “Pitch Xomba A Story” will be announced on the Xomba blog on January 26.
