It’s the “Family Walk†DVD, which is designed to get both kids and adults walking. It’s about a two-mile workout, and also includes a segment on how to talk with your kids about living a healthy life. One thing I appreciate about Leslie is that she’s also a parent. She has three kids and started her walking program in short to help fit in exercise after the birth of her third child.
