As my regular readers have figured out by now, I heart Leslie Sansone!   Her walking DVDs have made a real difference in my life.

A few months ago she sent some DVDs my way to give to all the loyal readers we have at b5. Since we’re starting our new site called Blisstree, I thought: What better way to celebrate than with a giveaway?

I’m always surprised to hear about kids being unfit these days. It’s not their fault. I mean, they don’t ride their bikes as much. They have video games to keep them busy…. and when I was a kid we had barbies and bikes and not much else! haha. We ran around all the time.

It’s the “Family Walk” DVD, which is designed to get both kids and adults walking.  It’s about a two-mile workout, and also includes a segment on how to talk with your kids about living a healthy life.  One thing I appreciate about Leslie is that she’s also a parent.  She has three kids and started her walking program in short to help fit in exercise after the birth of her third child.
