Charlotte Motor Speedway is hosting The Backyard Brawl, NASCAR’s Sprint All-Star Race on May 22, and the Nature Boy himself, Ric Flair, has partnered with the speedway to promote this clash of the stock car titans.

To be the man, you gotta beat the man! We want to see if you have what it takes to beat 16-time World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion Ric Flair. WOOOOOO!

Upload your best Ric Flair impersonation to YouTube.com and submit a link to your video by February 24, for a chance to win a VIP prize package to the 2010 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race.

To enter the Show Your Flair Contest, provide your information below along with a YouTube.com link to your best impersonation of Ric Flair. Deadline for entry is February 24. All videos submitted must be the original work of the entrant to be eligible for the contest.

The top-10 videos will be selected and fans will choose the winners in an online fan vote March 3 – 17. The entrant that submitted the video that receives the most votes will win the Grand Prize. Additional prizes will also be awarded to the next three highest-voted video submissions.

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

Grand Prize: 4 Clubhouse tickets to the 2010 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race, 4 pre-race pit passes, a VIP parking pass and travel allowance

Runner Up Prizes: Three entrants will receive 4 free tickets to the 2010 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race
