Prizes:  Per Annum Prize Pack (featuring photo albums, scrapbooks, supplies, or other goodies)

How to enter:  Submit a photo that best captures the love of a person, place, thing, event, etc.  E-mail your photo(s) to lisa@perannum.com.

How to win:  On Feb. 20th, Per Annum will narrow the entries down to three finalists.  Then the public will vote for their favorite!  The winner will be announced on Feb. 24th.
