During the internship abroad the winner will learn about all aspects of tea cultivation, processing and appreciation (cupping). The intensive training will occur in India with familiarization tours taking place in Sri Lanka and Kenya. The intern will live in Tea Estate Bungalows where all meals will be provided. To top off the experience, in early January, 2011, the winner will participate in the U.S. portion of the Dream Job internship at SalonTea, under the tutelage of nationally known tea entrepreneur Tracy Stern. The U.S. stop will provide insight on branding and manufacturing tea.

Entrants need to create a two-minute video showing their passion for tea and knowledge of its many health benefits, for a chance to win this exciting prize.
